Sophie Spicker studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and at the Université de Rennes I in Rennes, France.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main in 2020, including stints at the Consulate General of Edinburgh in the UK and in the labour law team of a major German law firm in Frankfurt. Following her legal clerkship, she first worked as a research assistant and then as a lawyer in the labour law team of a major German law firm in Frankfurt. In 2024, she received her doctorate from Friedrich-Alexander University with a dissertation on ‘The volunteer programme in employment law restructuring’. In March 2025, she joined SCHRAMM MEYER KUHNKE and has been supporting our clients in all employment labour law matters ever since.
