Short CV

Judith Herzig studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and the Universidad de Oviedo, Spain. After graduating, she gathered practical experience as a research assistant in a mid-sized law firm.

She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. During her clerkship, she focused on employment law, including stations at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Bonn, at a major German law firm and at a well-known DAX company in Düsseldorf. At the same time, she worked as a research assistant in the employment law team of a major German law firm.

After being admitted to the bar, Judith Herzig initially worked as a lawyer in a law firm specialized in employment and white-collar crime law. In addition, she taught as a lecturer for employment law at a Hamburg university and wrote articles in employment law journals. She joined SCHRAMM MEYER KUHNKE in June 2024 and has been supporting our clients in all employment law matters ever since.
