Maike Küpper studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Bergen, Norway.
Prior to this, she completed vocational training as an industrial clerk at Beiersdorf AG. Following her studies, Maike Küpper gained practical experience as a research assistant in an international commercial law firm. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, including stations in the labour relations team at Beiersdorf AG and in the employment and labour law practice group at a major German law firm.
